| As February 24, 2010 the BIA does not recognize any Tribal Council. The DOI/BIA has recommended to the Tribe that we hold a special General Election. This election is to include all voting age Tribal members. At this point the council headed by Joe Kennedy in Death Valley is refusing to participate in any election. |
